This place is very unprofessional, There never open when there supposed to..they give you wrong info in the clerks office when filing paperwork, then the Taunton office just mails the paperwork back over the date or abbreviations..they love to waist others time

Can never get through on the phone ...and one of the security guards there is rude not a people person ...he shouldn't work with the public..

My (BIOLOGICAL) Father's DEMENTIA/DECEASED INTESTATE PROBATED 100 % MASSACHUSETTS ESTATE was Probated here 2019 - 2022. At time of his death, he had (3) THREE! LIVING HEIRS/CHILDREN. One (1) child was 100 % allowed, aided & abetted by BRISTOL COUNTY COURT APPOINTED FINANCIAL CONSERVATOR to steal everything! This Massachusetts Probate Court Appointed Financial Conservator & her Supervising Attorney from Lowell, Mass. never, ever looked for ANY additional LIVING HEIRS. Both women, accepted ALL lying thieving words of (BIOLOGICAL) Brother when he falsely told them he "was an ONLY CHILD!". When my Father's Death Cert. was completed by (1) of these (3) very corrupt people entire Death Cert. was 97 % incorrect! I was chastised multiple times by Supervising Attorney for "interfering with Probate Court" in order to legally correct Father's Death Cert. After few moments with City of Taunton Clerk's Office had Death Cert. corrected to 100 % accuracy. Bristol County Probate Court APPOINTED Financial Conservator neglected to create FULL LEGAL INVENTORY of Father's outstanding debts (2018 - 2022). She never Court DOCKET listed location of (240 K) after family home was Quit (2019) Claim SOLD.
